The Bremer family is a 5th-generation farm that has been cultivating apples since 1983, bringing decades of experience and dedication to this orchard.

Situated on a bluff just south of Lake Pepin, the orchard benefits from a unique microclimate. The north wind blowing across Lake Pepin provides natural frost protection in both spring and fall, fostering the growth of high-quality apples.
Our orchard spans 50 well-planted acres of some of the best apples grown anywhere in the Mississippi River Valley.

Howling Moon Orchard offers a selection of apple varieties, including SweeTango, Honeycrisp, Haralson, and Pazazz, catering to a range of taste preferences.

Their apples are available at the Red Wing Farmers Market, Wabasha, and Cottage Gove starting in Mid-August, ensuring fresh, locally sourced produce for customers.
